As the only Korean cultural association in Switzerland officially recognized by the Korean Ministry of Culture and the Korean Embassy, we are committed to making Korean culture shine!

Here’s how you can help make this event unforgettable:

• Assist with venue setup in the morning and teardown immediately after the event. (Provide support to the logistics team or other teams, set up decorations, etc.)
• Provide support in the food section, including the bar and food service.
• Coordinate with the judges. (Welcome them, assist them with tasks as needed, etc.)
• Assist with certain tasks during the award ceremony.
• Participate in venue cleanup in the evening.
• Manage booths featuring Korean products, K-beauty, Korean stationery, and Korean food.

• If needed, we can provide a volunteer certificate for your participation.

However, some rules must be established:

You must consent to being photographed or filmed for media coverage on the event day.

Volunteers CANNOT participate in the dance competition organized by Hallyu Korea.

Information regarding competition rules, results, deadlines, and changes is CONFIDENTIAL.

Volunteers must be over 18 years old on the day of the event
